In addition to her real estate expertise, Kim brings 20 years of extensive experience in the Supplier Diversity space. Her unique perspective on inclusive sourcing has allowed her to build a robust pipeline of MBEs (Minority Business Enterprises), BIPOC developers, emerging managers, capital placement agents, and investment partners. She is deeply connected to a network of investment sales brokerage professionals, with a focus on IMPACT investments in re-emerging local and national markets, Opportunity Zones, equitable development, access to capital, MWBE engagement, and Community Solar initiatives.
